Zev was sentenced to undergo the Love Slave treatment for failing to perform her wifely duties.  After all, she was given to a teenager in marriage.  The Love Slave treatment didn't exactly go as planned.  Although she got the looks and accelerated libido, she didn't get the personality that would have made her fall madly in love with the first person she saw.  That part of the treatment was given to the robot, 790, who was performing the treatment.  And one other little problem happened during the treatment.  Really, it was almost nothing.  But a cluster lizard happened to roll into the room as the treatment was starting.  Its DNA was mixed with that of Zev.  Now Zev is half cluster lizard.  Certainly an advantage to a girl in some situations.
