Considering that Abe Lincoln is a tyrant and first dictator of this country, I'm sure he'd enjoy the decadence and fanciful city D.C. has become, entirely built with stolen money and he'd be hesitant to destroy it.
Giant Jefferson on the other hand would probably find it grotesque, a hideous abuse of public funds and trust. He'd probably take much joy in dismantling the extravagance of D.C.
“A little rebellion now and then... is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government.”
-Thomas Jefferson
I believe the citizens of this country are fed up with the fat cats in government on all levels, so much so that it's even now a popular topic for games to be based on. One just came out, 2011: Obama's Coup Fails, you can find it by googling "usofearth"
