My Advice?

Put Rudy Giuliani in charge. No one else, especially the Federal Government, seems competent to get a grip on the rapidly and dangerously deteriorating situation in New Orleans.

It is amazing to me that President Bush (the current one) hasn't courted Rudy Guliani for any help. Rudy and Bernie Kerik helped keep NYC from falling apart after September 11, 2001.
Why would Bush call Clinton? Clinton is only good for one thing and New Orleans has no problem with that!
