My Brother Is More Diehard Than I Am
Okay, I suppose his former Red Sox fandom has now been erased* by his willingness to stick with watching the Yankees through a game I gave up on watching in the second inning.
*Ignore the fingers crossed behind the curtain. You can't seriously expect a sister to give up on these little things she can use in the future for pest control.

Now that you've outed me in public, you can't hold it over me anymore. Extortionists are never supposed to give up the negatives. Now in my defense, it was for one season, not even that, when I was nine years old and an impressionable fan of Fred Lynn.

I think Jon should be viewed through eyes squinting with suspicion....a Leopard can't change it's spots. I suspect the same is true of 'former' Red Sox fans.
