Fair Weather Fans
Okay, I am embarrassed by some of my fellow Yankees fans now. What's up with booing Derek Jeter? We do not boo our own team! We boo members of the opposing team. Booing your own team is the kind of crap Mets fans pull. Do we want to become like Mets fans? Oh, the humanity!

Um, is it ok to boo Jason Giambi? Esp. if one was never a fan of his and didn't want the Yankees to sign his fat, can't-play-the-field-to-save-his-life, strike-out-too-much, slower-than-molasses $## to begin with?
(One guess who posted this. Actually, I don't even think you'll need the one guess.)

I sure don't. You called and told me that you posted it.

Well, brother (did I guess right), it is not okay to boo Jason Giambi, even if I was never a fan of his and didn't want the Yankees to sign his fat, can’t-play-the-field-to-save-his-life, strike-out-too-much, slower-than-molasses $## to begin with.
It is, however, acceptable to say "Get a hit, you fat [expletive deleted]" while he's at bat.

Is it ok to boo Giam-bust after yesterday's debacle? Strikes out looking in the first inning with the bases loaded and one out. Doesn't throw the ball to second base on a sure pickoff that probably would have stalled the Mets 6-run explosion in the fourth inning before it started.
Well, if I still can't boo him, then how about, "Hey, Jason, next time try swinging the bat and throwing the ball. That's usually what a bat and ball are used for."
