Comments
You haven't seen Shawshank? You'd enjoy it: an accountant in prison! What's not to like?
("Rogue Trader" is another good accounting/finance thrill ride. Well it was a thrill to me. Mrs. Just was a bit bored by it, in spite of the Ewan MacGregor butt)
And when you finally get around to watching those B&Ws from the 40's and 50's you'll know why they're on the list.

Reservoir Dogs doesn't belong. The acting is some of the best I've ever seen (better than Pulp Fiction) but the plot is so-so. Same with Taxi Driver.
Go NOW and rent Mr. Smith goes to Washington and Saving Private Ryan. They're both excellent (Nemo's good, too).
