Day Two of the VCWC

It was a banner day for the VCWC as our membership quadrupled*! We're like an unstoppable juggernaut.

So far we've only gotten one vote for the cartoon character icon for the VCWC -- The Tick. If we wind up with the Tick, it will mean that our motto will have to be "We're big. We're blue. We're inept." Of course, that may work.

*Okay, look, I know it only went from one to four, but it's all about the marketing. I have to put that fancy NYU MBA to use. My employer sure paid enough for it.

I would have joined yesterday, but I was busy smoozing Lawrence Auster over at "Views from the Right" so he doesn't kick me off his site. Gotta kiss a little right wing butt so I can continue being a centrist nuisance. So this is my official announcement "I am a centrist" I feel just like a debutant, I am giddy all over.
My vote for cartoon icon goes to CheeCh Wizard. A few paces left of center I know, but then I am a centrist with a left sided limp.

Welcome aboard Jane and Dietz. Since we are the really, really big tent conspiracy, Jane, you do not need to turn in your Pinko badge. In fact, it might nicely complement our color scheme if we do wind up with the Tick.

I am thoroughly unfamiliar with CheeCH Wizard, Dietz. I will have to check it out. Make sure he/she/it truly embodies the cartoon ideals of the VCWC.

Cheech Wizard was the creation of Von Bode'. The same man who gave us "Sun Pot" which appeared in both The National Lampoon and Heavey Metal. Cheech is a Penis, completely covered by a wizards cap, with two feet. He spends his time in a mucky cesspool of a swamp with a number of decadent characters and is master of his swampy world.
