Bin Laden Praises Bali, Moscow Attacks
Al-Jazeera has an audio tape of Osama Bin Laden praising terrorist attacks in Bali, Kuwait, Yemen, and the Moscow hostage-taking. Bin Laden also gave a warning to citizens of countries allied with the U.S. A spokesman for the TV channel said it would air the tape at around 3 pm EST.
