When 790 was giving Zev the Love Slave treatment and those few minor problems cropped up, he not only lost his cyborg body, but gained the personality of a love slave.  Upon awakening, the first person he saw was Zev, and true to form, he fell madly in love with her.  This love was transferred to Xev after she was reconstituted by Lyekka.  In the first episode of Season 3, however, due to an accident, 790's memory of seeing Zev was erased.  Upon "reawakening," the first person 790 saw was Kai.  Now 790 is madly in love with Kai.
